“Sciatica” - A big buzz word in our industry

Similar to “Sciatica” but presents in the neck and arms
Radiating pain, numbness, or tingling in the upper extremities often stems from issues in the neck, such as disc or nerve dysfunction
Chiropractic adjustments can help address these problems, reducing symptoms and improving quality of life
On occasion, Spinal Decompression may also be the best course of action to help with these concerns

Spinal Decompression
IDD Therapy®, also known as Intervertebral Differential Dynamics Therapy, is an advanced spinal rehabilitation treatment. IDD Therapy® treatment is administered using the industry-leading Accu-SPINA® system to gradually and gently alleviate pain caused by a variety of issues, most of which involve injury or compression within the spinal column.
Disc bulges, disc herniations, facet syndrome and spinal stenosis are common conditions that Spinal Decompression would be beneficial for.

Testimonials
“Dr Nick is amazing– so personable and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend for runners and athletes! He explains how my body is reacting so clearly and gives me realistic maintenance schedules for therapeutic support. A genuine and thoughtful physician.”
“Dr. Nick explains everything to you in a way that you can understand. He takes the time to listen and help you so that you can start feeling better.
You are treated with respect and you are not rushed through your adjustment. The only thing I regret is not going to him sooner!”
Dr. Nick's adjustment was amazing.
He had a different approach from other chiropractors I've seen in the past, and I liked that it was new to me and still very effective. I had been dealing with some bulging disc issues that affected my work and everyday life. Going to see him my pain went away almost instantly.
I highly recommend going to see Dr. Nick!”
Philosophy
Chiropractic is rooted in the belief that the body has the ability to heal itself, it just needs the correct environment to do so.
Chiropractors assess the Nervous and Musculoskeletal Systems, primarily searching for bony misalignments, referred to as Subluxations, that interfere with the body’s Innate Intelligence, and in turn it’s ability to heal on it’s own. Nothing is added to the body, rather interference is removed.
Patient Centered
First do no harm. Providers need to act with a patient first mindset.
Multidisciplinary
This falls in line with a Patient Centered approach. All healthcare professions have their limitations. I feel it best to acknowledge this and coordinate care amongst a team of providers. In our setting, this typically looks like referrals to, and co-management with, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Primary Care Providers and Pain Management Specialists.
Least invasive to most invasive
There’s a time and place for most medical interventions, but they should be approached in a least invasive to most invasive manner.
